I’m Hannah Löwenhardt,
I’m a full-time traveler, writer and content creator, as well as the outdoor and slow travel expert behind Let’s Talk Trail: a blog inspiring people to invest in experiences, go outdoors and travel more sustainably. I’m here to help you on your next trip, either through travel inspiration, outdoor ideas or through one of my (free) guides.
We’re probably quite alike, you and me. Maybe you even recognise some of the things I’ve struggled with:
- Feeling overworked, not sure what to do.
- Wanting an escape, time to relax and connect
- Not sure how to get more adventure in daily life
- Afraid of starting anew and leaving things and people behind
- Where to go, what to do??
… and of course many more. So you’re definitely not alone! Through my website I aim to help as many people as possible with answers to these questions and general travel inspiration. I want to help you go on small, or big adventures. And by using this website you can spend less time browsing the interwebs, and more time planning your next adventure!
As a young person stuck in “the expected ways”, being overworked and looking for “the best careerpath”, I know what it’s like to burn out and to need an escape.
While the plan was to start travelling again in 2020, Covid delayed things a bit. So I started looking for adventures in my daily life. I found joy in camping, hiking, slowing down and looking for the best places to visit. And I am here to help you do the same.
It is scary to change your life, let go of what is expected of you, even though it might not serve you, to perhaps totally start anew. I know! As an almost 30-year old women, society expects a lot of you. Marriage, kids, a stable job… But let’s get rid of those expectations! Let’s live our life the way we want to. Whether that means kids, or solo life on the road. It’s all your choice!
After the smaller adventures during Covid, I’ve now decided to quit working a day-to-day job, get rid of my stuff and apartment and take my backpack on a worldtrip. To empower myself to live a life of adventure. And to empower women, and other people, to also make the most out of their lifes.
And, at the same time, challenge what conventional travel should look like. Let’s explore boundaries, spend more time outdoors and overcome the complexities and insecurities associated with travel, camping, hiking and daily life in general! I’m here to provide you with free tips and guidance through the most beautiful parts of the world, but also sometimes for some soul searching.
And if you think my information is helpful, please consider contributing to my next blogpost by buying me a coffee <3 (or most probably tea).
